Erik started with the firm as a college intern in January of 2023. Over the next 18 months, he developed geopolitical thought leadership and analyses while also managing and revamping all digital channels to increase engagement and social media views.

From 2015 to 2019, Erik served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. During this time, he was promoted ahead of his peers to lead, train, and mentor his section in garrison and abroad. His service overseas included a training rotation in Australia and a combat deployment to Afghanistan as part of Operation Resolute Support.

Erik received a BS in information science from Cornell University and has recently passed the SIE.
